
In this 8-week series we will explore the transition from late Springs' Wood Element into the expansive warmth of Summer and the Fire Element. As we align our practice with the seasons, we’ll honour the steady growth cultivated in Spring while we begin to transform that energy into radiance, connection, and joyful expression. This shift invites us to move from intention into embodied presence.
Our practices will support circulation, openness, and authentic expression, encouraging the body’s natural expansion. As we move from Wood’s upward drive into Fire’s warmth and vitality, this series cultivates clarity of heart, joy, and meaningful connection as we ride into Summer’s luminous energy.
Through mindful Yin Yoga, we’ll balance rooted stability with expansive opening. Longer-held, supported shapes will gently open the heart, chest, and shoulders while nourishing the connective tissues and energetic pathways associated with Wood and Fire.
Each session concludes with an extended savasana and immersive sound meditation—crystal bowls, gong, chimes, steel drums, and voice—to uplift, harmonize, and awaken Summer’s bright, enlivening energy.
