I began my yoga journey over 20 years ago, and it has been an anchor in my life ever since. As a lifelong student, I’ve always been curious and eager to learn — so in the summer of 2021, I decided to take a leap and step into the role of a teacher. After completing my first 200-hour yoga teacher training, I continued to expand my knowledge through a variety of styles, including Restorative Yoga and Therapeutic Practices for Pain Care. I also completed an additional 100 hours of Yin Yoga training focused on Five Element Theory and Therapeutic Yin.
The transformation from student to teacher has been incredible — humbling, empowering, and deeply fulfilling. Yet, no matter how far I go on this path, I will always remain a student of yoga.
I’m especially passionate about teaching Yin and Restorative yoga, weaving in breath and sound to help students ground more deeply and enrich their experience. My intention is always to create a calm, nurturing space where people can reconnect with themselves, find stillness, and rediscover peace and harmony within.
Victoria has always been home for me. I love exploring the island’s beauty — whether it’s walking through the forest, breathing in the ocean air, or simply sitting quietly in nature. It only takes a few minutes outdoors to feel connected and grounded again.
Outside the studio, my family and I foster dogs through the Victoria Humane Society — helping save lives and offering love, one puppy at a time.
